YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY THE PDF WITH AMAZON ORDERS OR THIRD-PARTY SELLERS!

Hi everyone, I had a customer reach out regarding getting a copy of the PDFs with

their amazon order of books. Unfortunately I was unable to reply to them as their email address got rejected as being unknown. Anyhow I thought it was a valid question and worthy of a shared response; which is below.

Here is my response if you are the customer that reach out:

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately the PDF isn't available through amazon orders. The option for a PDF version with a print on demand version of the books is only offered from www.drivethrurpg.com and their associated sites. I can only suggest if you would like the PDF version, to cancel your amazon order and re-order from drivethrurpg. I am so sorry I can't be of more assistance. Kind regards Martin Knight.

Here are some more details about why we can't sell you reduced PDFs for amazon orders or books purchased from third-party sellers:

If an order is placed via amazon, or third-party sellers we have no access to your order history, and do not collect, see, or have access to any part of that order or data. There is no option for us to offer the reduced price PDF from these orders and so it is impossible to process any valid claim. The best option is always to order through www.drivethrurpg.com or their associated sites, as they have exclusivity to process and sell all PDF versions of our books.
